Bird House Christmas Ornament

I have wanted to make one of these ever since I saw them on Jackie Topa's blog. She is so talented and has always been very generous about sharing her ideas. Thanks Jackie. I did my bottom differently. The 1 3/8 round punch fits the candle nicely and all I had to do was punch on each bottom flap and then glue them all together to give them strength. Then when the candle dies you can just slip it out and change battery. I can't wait to hang this on the Christmas tree.

Miss Shannons' First Christmas Card

Shannon is my 9yr old DD. She is really starting to get into stamping. She cut all the layers for the inside of the globe herself and put it all together. She did a wonderful job and I promised I would put it on here for everyone to see. She'll soon be giving Mum a run for her money.
